Returns & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work quickly to resolve it.

Personalised & Custom-Made Items

Please note that all personalised, custom-made, and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect due to our error.

As our products are made specifically to your requirements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Personalised names, dates, or text

  • Custom designs or artwork

  • Made-to-order clothing and gifts

Please ensure all personalisation details, names, dates, spellings, and custom instructions are entered correctly when placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for customer input errors.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on personalised or custom-made items.

For non-personalised items, exchanges may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability and item condition.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return non-personalised items within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

This right does not apply to personalised or custom-made products created specifically to your requirements.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
