ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Personalised and custom-made items may require additional production time depending on the design and order quantity.
Orders are not processed, printed, or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
United Kingdom
• Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch
• Express Delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch (where available)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently offer international shipping to selected countries.
Delivery times vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local postal services.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country.
ORDER TRACKING
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
DELAYS
While we always aim to dispatch orders on time, Teezora Prints cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
• Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, or other shipping carriers
• Weather conditions
• Customs inspections
• Public holidays
• Circumstances beyond our control
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, we cannot guarantee recovery or replacement of the parcel.
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
